Whilst ensuring employees have the knowledge and skills they need; we often find employees with to progress further and set themselves a challenge! Hollie demonstrated a keen interest in the compliance side of the business in the early months of 2022. She spoke with numerous software companies and relayed back to the current TM at the time James Robinson what could be put into place to make compliance a smooth process. Shortly after Hollie, decided with the support and funding from DUKE she would like to gain her International Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC). As a company we are delighted to announce that Hollie passed both exams and now works as Full-time internal transport Manager. We wish Hollie every success in her career and continue to offer support and training to all staff that wish to progress
